Alfa Genetics has an organized service department for all equipment from our distribution program. The service department is equipped with the tools and instruments necessary for maintenance, adjustment, and validation of the equipment. Only new original spare parts are used for servicing.

Service technicians are qualified and trained at the manufacturer's centers for maintenance of the equipment. Equipment is serviced according to all manufacturer standards.

Service interventions are carried out within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Service is performed on-site as well as at the Alfa Genetics premises.
